The City of Paducah is holding a virtual Redevelopment Lunch & Learn on February 1 at noon. This online session will provide information about Paducah’s Brownfield Program. Join developers, real estate professionals, and community leaders who want to learn more about the development opportunities a brownfield program offers. During this hour, attendees will learn about funding for redevelopment projects, getting a project prioritized, alleviating environmental concerns, and networking with other stakeholders.

The City of Paducah received a $500,000 EPA Assessment Grant in May 2022. The goal of this funding is to implement strategies to assess, remediate, and forward the development of commercial real estate.

- Developer Happy Hour – Meet other developers for a casual discussion on Thursday, February 8 from 5 until 6 p.m. at Dry Ground Brewing Company located at 3121 Broadway. No RSVP required.
- Incremental Development Workshop – The City of Paducah is partnering with the Incremental Development Alliance, a nonprofit group that provides education for small scale developers, empowering them to increase the quantity and quality of their projects. The City will be hosting Incremental Development for a one-day workshop on March 7, 2024. Scholarships are available. The deadline to apply for a scholarship is February 9. - Southside Neighborhood Incentives - The City’s Southside Neighborhoods Initiative includes two housing incentive programs and two business grants.
