E-911 Communications Services Division
The 911 Communications Services Division, a division of the Paducah Police Department, is the primary Public Safety Answering Point (PSAP), providing 911 emergency and non-emergency services to the 65,000 residents within the 251 square miles of McCracken County in Western Kentucky. This Telecommunications Center receives calls via 911 and many non-emergency telephone numbers for Law Enforcement, Fire, Medical and Rescue services located in McCracken County. E-911 is operational 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year with a yearly incoming call volume of over 164,000 combined telephone calls.
Emergency Management
The Paducah-McCracken County Office of Emergency Management (OEM) prepares local governmental agencies, business and industrial facilities, nongovernmental community organizations, and individual citizens to effectively respond to an emergency or disaster situation.
Paducah Fire Department
Our staff of Professional Firefighters work full time to protect the citizens of Paducah and its visitors. Education and prevention are the focal points of the Paducah Fire Department. We strive for prompt delivery of Emergency Services to those in need.

When you see criminal activity of any kind, you can report it anonymously by phone or on the internet to West Kentucky Crime Stoppers. You may be eligible for a reward ranging from $50 - $1000 for information leading to the arrest of the person committing the crime. If you see an emergency, always call 911 first.
