The City of Paducah along with sponsor Paducah Bank is holding an informative session for small-scale developers. This event will help the City of Paducah gauge local interest in providing educational programs for the development community to learn how to make a greater impact in the quality and quantity of homes in Paducah.
This free event, called Cultivating Neighborhoods and the Small-Scale Development Movement, will be Tuesday, January 16 from 5:30 until 7:00 p.m.
The City of Paducah has partnered with Incremental Development Alliance, a national non-profit that works to build local wealth in neighborhoods through ground-up real estate development. The free lecture will be presented by IncDev Faculty Allison Thurmond Quinlan, owner and operator of Flintlock LAB.

To achieve this goal, we seek developers willing to invest their time and expertise and partner with the City of Paducah. I encourage real estate developers no matter how small or large to attend this interactive session. Are you interested in renovating a home, taking on a duplex, or investing in a project, large or small, to enhance a neighborhood? If so, we encourage you to attend in order to provide the City feedback on providing additional educational workshops and bootcamps.”
