2024 Camp Noble (Summer)
Camp Noble is Paducah Parks & Recreation's summer camp! This camp is for rising 1st Graders through rising 6th Graders. Camp meets at Shelter 19 and is from 8:30am - 4:30pm. Dates and weekly themes are below. Cost is $75 a week per camper (tax included).

Registration: Registration begins Tuesday, April 2. Register for Camp Noble by calling 270-444-8508, stop by the Paducah Parks & Recreation Office located inside the Robert Cherry Civic Center at 2701 Park Avenue, or register online. Space is limited. Parents must fill out and submit the Camp Noble Registration Packet to the Parks & Recreation Office complete registration requirements. We also have a Parent Packet to review with additional details on Camp Noble.
October School’s Out Day Camps
Why not let your child get the most out of their school breaks? Ages 5 - 12 are invited for adventure, programs by outside visitors, arts & crafts and special surprises. Enjoy an opportunity to take a well-deserved break while your child is living it up at School's Out Day Camp. Campers should wear comfy clothes and sneakers. They will also need to bring their own lunch, snacks and a water bottle. Programming will go from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Registration is required for each separate day. Space will be limited. Children must be enrolled in Kindergarten in order to participate.

Cost: $100 per week (tax included) or you can register per day for $25 per day (tax included)

Classes
Parks & Recreation offers many classes throughout the year for people of all ages to stay active and fit and learn unique dances. Some classes are offered at the Paducah Recreation Center and require a Paducah Recreation Center membership. Other classes have a standard registration fee and membership is not required. Those classes could be held at Paducah Recreation Center, Paducah Parks & Recreation Office, or Robert Cherry Civic Center.
Paducah Recreation Center Membership - There are multiple membership options to participate in classes at the Paducah Recreation Center located at 1527 Martin Luther King Jr. Drive. Individual Memberships range from $25 - $65 (tax included). Family Members are available for up to four household members. Family memberships range from $35 - $95 (tax included). - Booty Jam

- Wednesdays: 5:30 - 6:15 pm
- Instructor: Bonnie Mayolo
- A total workout, combining all elements of fitness – cardio, muscle conditioning, balance and flexibility, boosted energy and a serious dose of awesome each time you leave class. And the best part is you don't have to be an awesome dancer to feel welcome in class. We dance to get fit and have fun so come join us! This class is for adults.

- Chair Yoga

- Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays: 12:15 - 1:00 pm
- Instructor: Suzi Renaud
- Yoga goes to the chair with stretches that align, strengthen, and promote flexibility and strength. Standing postures are incorporated while using the chair for support. Emphasis is placed on simplicity, repetition, and ease of movement. We will take the body through various range of movements and end with breathing exercises and a short meditation. All ability levels for adults.

- Fitness Fusion

- Fusion workouts that blend a variety of disciplines like yoga, pilates, boot camp, and cardio for strength, balance, stability, agility, and endurance making your workouts more functional. This class is for adults.

Youth Karate
- Mondays and Wednesdays at 5:00 pm at former Paducah Parks & Recreation Office at 1400 HC Mathis Drive
- Instructor: Clint Chapman
- The youth karate class is designed for 7-12 year olds. In this 45 minute class, your child will be challenged in various aspects of karate, jujitsu, boxing, wrestling, kickboxing and arnis while also having fun! We emphasize character building and strengthening integrity while learning proven self defense techniques. Master Chapman is a highly skilled United State Martial Arts Hall of Fame Member and will help your kids strive to their full potential in martial arts.
- Classes begin August 19 and continue on a monthly basis.

Karate Kubs
- Karate Kubs meets once per week. You can register for Mondays or Wednesdays at 4:30 pm - 5:00pm at the former Paducah Parks & Recreation Building at 1400 HC Mathis Drive

- Karate Kubs is for ages 3-6. Are you looking for an activity for your little one that's engaging and awesome? Are you struggling with kids who always want video games, TV, phones, and other screen oriented activities that simply aren't beneficial? Then our Karate Kubs program is exactly what you are looking for! Come join us for a 30-minute class that builds focus, discipline, and gains confidence, all while having fun with interactive games while learning.

- Mat Yoga

- Instructor: Suzi Renaud
- Step by step instruction of Hatha Yoga for all levels. Postures are practiced to align, strengthen and promote flexibility and strength. You can expect an emphasis on simplicity, repetition, and ease of movement. We make a full circuit of the body’s range of motion with standing postures, twists, forward folds, and hip openers. All ability levels for adults.

- Mello Mat Yoga

- Instructor: Alison Watson
- Mello Mat Yoga includes gentle hatha yoga poses and some restorative yin poses. Beginners and long-time yogis alike will enjoy this class for deep stretches and gentle exercise to loosen joints and tight muscles as well as restore balance to the mind and body. Easy breath work and guided meditation are incorporated into each class. Bring a mat or use one of ours. This class is for adults.

- Come do MUSIC & MOVEMENT with me! Join us every Thursday, October 17-November 21 for a Tiny Tot Music and Movement class! The class is designed for walking 1-3 year olds and their caregiver. This is a specialized group experience for the emerging toddler musician! Their accompanying adult will also leave feeling equipped to keep the fun and learning rolling at home! Instructor Ms. Rives holds a Master's of Music Education with more than 10 years of music teaching experience.

- Sundays: June 9, 16, 23, & 30 | Ages 3-4 is at 5:00pm. Ages 5-6 is at 6:00pm. Ages 7-9 is at 7:00pm.
- Saturdays: July 6, 13, 20, & 27 | Ages 3-4 is at 9:00am. Ages 5-6 is at 10:00am. Ages 7-9 is at 11:00am.
- Sundays: July 7, 14, 21, & 28 | Ages 3-4 is at 5:00pm. Ages 5-6 is at 6:00pm. Ages 7-9 is at 7:00pm.

- Paducah Plays is centered around ambulatory learning in a fun environment. Kids will learn sharing, taking turns, and general socialization skills all while being active. The focus will be through soccer games to create chances to experience body mechanics and motor functioning in a playful environment with their peers.
- An Open House will be held Saturday June 1 at 9:00am and Sunday June 2 at 5:00pm at the Paducah Recreation Center for people to meet the instructors and learn more about the program.

- Partner with a Healthcare Provider, Exercise Specialist, and Dietician to lose weight and prevent/manage medical conditions. Program includes medical consult/assessment/evaluation, personalized plan, weekly evaluation of progress, health coaching, individual supervised exercise sessions x 6 weeks, individual nutrition programming x 6 weeks.
